Our staff served Entergy after Hurricane Rita. Our state of the art mobile kitchen can travel to just about any where we need it to go.We can accommodate from 25 to 850 people. Whether you want it fried, grilled, or smoked, we can handle all of your catering needs. We served breakfast and supper for 1400 men. We were stationed in Lake Charles, LA for 19 days. Our nights and days were very long. The summer of 2007 we will be opening our 14 acre lake, with a pavilion, and landscape garden for weddings, picnics, reunions and birthday parties.
